About our pure water
How do you make pure water?
Though our world class 7-step process of : source water -> sand filtration -> activated carbon -> purified water -> softening -> micro-filtration -> distillation -> sterilisation, using our state of the art equipment in our sterile plant. Providing you with the cleanest, purest, healthiest water, conveniently delivered directly to your door.
How much water do I need to drink?
It's recommended that the average adult drinks 8 glasses of pure water per day.
About our service
Does our pure water delivery service extend to your area?
We deliver bulk pure water to most areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast & surrounding areas. By providing your delivery postcode and suburb we can advise you whether we deliver to your area.
Does Auspac charge a fee for pure water delivery?
Delivery is free provided you order a minimum of 2 x 15L bottles per scheduled delivery. Deliveries outside of your scheduled delivery will incur a delivery fee. Contact us for further details.
Do I have to call to organise my pure water delivery?
No.
We place you on a regular delivery cycle with a specified delivery date each month. A delivery calendar showing your delivery day can be supplied to you. Remember, you don't have to be home to receive your normal scheduled delivery.
Will I be reminded of my pure water delivery?
For all of our customers, we provide a delivery reminder service. We will contact you a few days before delivery, to confirm how much water you require. It’s part of our ongoing efforts to offer customers an exceptional service experience.
About Auspac’s products
What size are the water coolers?
The freestanding coolers are 940 mm high on a base of 310 mm per side - they take up about as much space as a telephone book. The bench top cooler is 470 mm high.
Note these heights are the cooler unit only, not including the water bottle
Can we buy a water cooler?
Yes!

How much does it cost to run a water cooler?
The cooler uses as much energy as a 75 watt light bulb, approximately 5 cents per day to run a cold cooler. It costs approximately 35 cents per day to run a hot and cold cooler.
What sizes of bottled pure water do you have?
We have cases of 24 x 600mL, 4L (Carton of 3), 10L, 11L, 15L, 19L and 20L of pure water.
About paying for our products
You can pay by the following options.
Payment of cash or cheque to the driver on delivery, direct deposit, credit card or you can pay in person at our office by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, credit card.
